While the thin conditions persist the skiing is being under appreciated.
The regularly cold nights are leaving the groomers in pristine condition every day. The crowds have tapered off and the groomers are ideal for breaking speed records in the morning. Off piste on northern and less sunny aspects the snow is perfectly packed powder. On southern sun aspects you can find corning conditions. This is truly California skiing, except for the still regular fill ups on putex. |
