Sure feels like summer outside, don't forget your suntan lotion.

The temperatures indicated that we didn't get much of a freeze last night, with reported lows in the mid 40s.  But suprisingly the hill seemed quite firm in the morning today.  It quickly softened, but the morning firmness yielded some fast groomers and High Beaver and Estelle were skiing quite well until about 10:00am.  North facing aspects in the shadows were actually firm even at 11:00am.  It appears that Keyhole 2 is finally unskiable unless you like stepping over rocks on a ski length wide 50 degree pitch.  Keyhole 1 is still looking good, with a few rocks sticking out.  Open Slopes is still living large and looks like it could be skiing good through june.  High Yellow is skiing well, although look out for the huge hole against the rocks right after you come over the roll over.
Update on the park.  According to sources they are actually building up the park for the summer film crews.  I don't believe kangaroo is expected to open, but this is all heresay so keep checking back.
Remember, 6 days left of lift access skiing so get out there while you still can.
